Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of perishable items are subject to strict conditions.

1. No-Return Policy

Fresh raw meat and ready-to-eat food items cannot be returned once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Incorrect items are delivered
  • Items are spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery
  • Quantity mismatch occurs

📌 Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or preference issues
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability
  • Improper storage after delivery

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is dispatched or prepared, cancellation is not allowed

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Mutton Mahal reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after review.
